FVJC Men's Club

The Men's Club first meeting will take place on Sunday, September 13 at 9:00 AM. Along with the Sisterhood, the Club will sponsor the welcome-back-to-school breakfast this Sunday too. We extend a cordial invitation to anybody who is interested in making new friends and helping build a stronger congregation to join us. Sisterhoood Events

Tonight, September 10th at 7:30 PM, the Sisterhood Book group will meet at Sandy Bourke's (5 Banks Road, Simsbury) Please join us to discuss the books you've read over the summer. RSVP to Sandy at 651-8610 or sandrabourke@yahoo.com

On Sunday, September 13th, join us for a bagel and coffee at the Annual Welcome Back Breakfast at the Temple, co-sponsored by the Men's Club. Then, at 9:30 AM, please come and help us plan events for the year ahead at our Sisterhood meeting.

FVJC Is Almost 50!

Next fall, FVJC-Emek Shalom will begin it's 50th Anniversary Celebration, culminating in a weekend-long celebration April 29 through May 1, 2011. We're planning a special service, dinner-dance and Religious School festivities.
