As we discussed at the beginning of this month, the Board of Directors identified four major projects need to be addressed in the next year:

• major asphalt repair of the circle and area around the old sanctuary
• heating unit and carpeting replacement at our entrance way
• replacement of carpeting in the newer education wing hallway,
• replacement of the boiler. 

Our initial estimates are that the costs of these projects will be approximately $25,000. Thabks to the generosity of two congregants, we are almost half-way to our goal.
